The Tijuana Estuary Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1979. The Foundation is led by a volunteer Board of Directors and is supported by adminstrative staff, all dedicated to furthering the Foundation’s mission.  The Tijuana Estuary Foundation also partners with California State Parks and the US Fish and Wildlife Service to employ staff that comprise the rest of the TRNERR team.
